Delivery:
All items are shipped signed for with proof of postage. Items are sent 2nd class to keep costs down therefore i can not be held responsible for delayed items or missing orders. If you would like your item shipped to you sooner by first class and tracked then please contact me to discuss additional costs.
If you prefer to collect your item in person please don't hesitate to contact me. I run many workshops from my space in Hemel Hempstead so Im more than happy to accommodate this.
Returns policy:
I gladly accept returns, Just contact me within:14 days of delivery Post items back to me within: 21 days of delivery
Custom or personalised orders can't be returned or exchanged
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
